Pursuant to HB21-1085, Yuma County has adopted local regulations governing the issuance of secure transportation services for provision of behavioral health transport in Yuma County. This page is intended to provide resources for licensure of secure transportation services and vehicles as well as to offer a platform for customer complaints related to secure transportation services. Under CRS 24-3.5-309(1) the Yuma County Commissioners have established both licensure requirements and a fee schedule for licensure.
