Current COVID-19 Operational Information
Beginning July 1, 2020, Human Services lobbies in both the Wray and Yuma Offices are open to the public. The Department will continue to use drop boxes and application pickup at the external doors at both offices for exchange of paperwork. All other forms of communication (telephone, fax, email, etc.) will continue to be utilized.
In Wray, please enter from the South-Facing (Ramp) Door. In both the Wray and Yuma office, only one client and essential caregiver may be in the lobby at a time. We ask that masks be worn. If there is another client in the lobby please wait outside or in your vehicle until the lobby is clear.
Child Welfare will continue to conduct face-to-face visits at the Wray Office only; using the alternative entrance at the back of the building. All COVID-19 protocols remain in place.
Wray Office Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
Yuma Office Hours: Tuesday and Thursdays 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
