State Housing Board Meeting

Technical Issue regarding the November 4, 2025 Administrative Rules Hearing:

  • After the November 4, 2025, State Housing Board hearing and rule adoption, the Division experienced a technical issue filing the final Administrative Rules with the Secretary of State.

  • Consequently, the Division must repeat the process by holding another State Housing Board hearing. 

  • The new hearing is scheduled to take place at this January 20, 2026, State Housing Board meeting. 

"Monthly on the second Tuesday" is a Google guide.  The State Housing Board meeting may fall on another date, depending on scheduling.  Please check the date and do not go by the set up command which may show in the invite.
