The Yuma County Assessor’s Office has an opening for a full-time Oil & Gas/Personal Property Clerk. This clerical position has potential for growth into Appraisal Trainee status depending upon the candidate. Job duties include monitoring and valuation of oil & gas facilities and property within the county and requires the ability to build and maintain close relationships with oil & gas producers and landowners. Additional duties include a variety of office tasks necessary to ensure the effective functioning of the County Assessor’s Office. Position requires the ability to complete both supervised and unsupervised field work and the ability to navigate rural terrain in a variety of weather conditions. Qualified candidates will be team-oriented and have strong data analytics and customer service skills as well as exceptional attention to detail.
