Yuma County Road & Bridge has an opportunity for a leadership role in a fast-paced and diverse equipment shop. The Service Manager/Fleet Foreman is responsible for oversight of the Road & Bridge shop and staff. Diagnosing, scheduling, parts and inventory management, and routine fleet maintenance are among the daily tasks. Budgeting, statistical analysis, and strategic planning are opportunities for the right candidate. As the hub of the organization, strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
